North Ayrshire Child Protection Committee are delighted to present two new strategy documents which build on the success of our ongoing work in these areas.

Our Joint Self Evaluation Strategy sets out our continuing programme of multi agency child protection evaluation and has been informed by our experience of implementing our previous self evaluation strategy and our experience of a pilot Joint Inspection of Services for Children.

We will publish evaluation findings on an ongoing basis so please keep checking back to our website.

Our Communications Strategy has been streamlined and we have developed a core set of indicators to help us measure the effectiveness of our public awareness and communication activities.
